To place a COD order, customers are required to pay a minimum advance payment of 99. This payment is mandatory and non-refundable, and it will be adjusted against the total order value. The remaining amount will be payable in cash to our delivery partner at the time of shipment receipt. Please note that our delivery company does not allow open delivery, which means that customers are not permitted to open the shipment before making the payment.
Payment Terms
For COD orders, customers are required to pay the remaining amount in cash to our delivery partner. The payment must be made in full, and our delivery partner will not accept partial payments or cheques. Customers are advised to have the exact change ready to avoid any inconvenience. In the event of a payment dispute or non-payment, our delivery partner will return the shipment to us, and the order will be cancelled.
Security and Verification
To ensure the security and integrity of our COD transactions, our delivery partner will verify the customer's identity and order details before handing over the shipment. Customers are required to produce a valid government-issued ID proof to confirm their identity. This verification process is mandatory, and our delivery partner will not hand over the shipment without verifying the customer's identity.
By placing a COD order on our platform, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to our COD policy.
